Article

Summary

Hartree-Fock calculations for4He and16O have been performed using a phenomenological nuclear interaction consisting of a two-body semi-realistic potential together with a four-body surface contact interaction. Zeroth-order effects of the four-body potential on binding energies, r.m.s radii, mass distributions and charge form factors have been investigated.
