Behaviour of interacting fields on the light cone. The pseudoscalar case

Summary

In order to extend some results obtained in a previous paper, we consider a pseudoscalar boson field coupled with a fermion field. By means of general methods, developed along the lines of the Heisenberg philosophy, we study the leading singularities on the light cone of the commutators and the anticommutators. Our results indicate that the behaviour of the fermion field is not consistent with the assumption of a positive-definite metric.

Si estendono alcuni risultati precedentemente ottenuti al caso di un campo bosonico pseudoscalare in interazione con un campo fermionico. Per mezzo di un metodo generale sviluppato lungo le linee della filosofia di Heisenberg, si ricavano le singolarità di ordine più elevato, presentate sul cono di luce dai commutatori e anticommutatori della teoria. Si dimostra che il comportamento del campo fermionico non è compatibile con l’assunzione di uno spazio hilbertiano a metrica definita.

Чтобы обобшитя некоторые реэулятаты, полученные в предыдушеи статяе, мы рассматриваем псевдоскалярное боэон ное поле, свяэанное с ферми-онным полем. С помошяу обших методов, раэвитых в духе философии Геиэенберга, мы исследуем главные сингулярности коммутаторов и антикоммутаторов на световом конусе. Нащи реэулятаты укаэываут, что поведение фермионного поля не соответствует предполозениу о полозителяно определеннои метрике.
