A naive approach to the quantization of the microscopic and macroscopic world

Summary

Playing with dimensional analysis, one reproduces the thermodynamic treatment of the black-body problem in the case of gravitational radiation. A new universal constant is introduced and some consequences relevant to the measurement process are presented.
