Summary
A drop scale procedure for the determination of phosphorus is described which is based on the acidimetric titration of ammonium phosphomolybdate. Its reliability has been demonstrated with quantities of phosphorus varying from 0.5 to 9γ.
The method has been applied to the determination of total phosphorus in blood serum of the rat.
