On the flowing helium film

  • S. Franchetti

The effect of flow on helium II films is considered both in reversible and irreversible conditions and the results of some experiments are discussed.

That they do play a role is suggested by the experiments byJ. F. Allen:Nature,185, 831 (1960), who, however, employed beakers substantially narrower.ADSCrossRefGoogle Scholar
