Summary

In this paper we report on the essential results of our recent work (S. Ishida andM. Oda:Prog. Theor. Phys.,89, 1033 (1993)) Spectroscopy of light- to heavy-quark confined meson systems, in the limit of no perturbative-QCD effects, is well described by a simple covariant-oscillator quark model (COQM) with a universal spring constant independent of quark flavour.
