Zusammenfassung

Unter Berücksichtigung entwicklungsgeschichtlicher und ökologischer Aspekte wird ein sehr komplexes Bild von den Ursachen und den Erscheinungsweisen des Tannensterbens gezeichnet. Danach ist das Tannensterben gleichzusetzen mit dem Aussterben der Tanne als Baumart.

Summary

Considering biogenetic and ecological aspects, a very complex picture is drawn concerning causes and symptoms of the fir dieback. Accordingly, the fir dieback is equated with the extinction of the fir as a tree species.
