Die statistische Qualitätskontrolle in der Spanplattenindustrie—Zweite Mitteilung: Spänetrocknung

Zusammenfassung

Die vorliegende Arbeit setzt die in Heft 11/59 dieser Zeitschrift begonnene Reihe mit einer Abhandlung über die Arbeitsgenauigkeit des Trocknungsabschnittes im gleichen Spanplattenwerk fort. Die Analyse wurde mit den Verfahren der statistischen Qualitäskontrolle durchgeführt. Während die nassen Späne nur schlecht unter Kontrolle sind, liegen die Werten für die getrockneten Späne regelmäßiger und befinden sich in Kontrolle. Der statistisch kontrollierte Zustand nimmt bei Annäherung an die Darrtrockenheit der Späne bemerkenswert zu. In einer dritten Mitteilung soll die ÜberprÜfung des Fertigerzeugnisses durch Mittel der statistischen Qualitätskontrolle behandelt werden.

Summary

Following the previous publication, the present study discusses the working quality of the drying section of the same chipboard plant. The analysis is made by the statistical quality control techniques. The wet chips show a poor control, whereas the control charts for the dried particles are more regular and within control. The state of statistical control shows a marked improvement near the oven dry condition of the chips. This article is to be followed by the analysis of the finished product by statistical quality control methods.
