Eine neue Spanplattenanlage in Polen

Zusammenfassung

Die holzwirtschaftliche Lage Polens macht es erforderlich, in allen holzverbrauchenden Industriezweigen auf sparsamsten Verbrauch des Rohstoffes, seine wirtschaftlichste Ausnützung und die Anwendung moderner und und rationeller Verarbeitungsverfahren zu achten. Diese Erfordernisse führten u. a. zur Projektierung und Erstellung eines neuzeitlichen Holzspanplattenwerkes in Nida. Dieses Werk wird in allen wichtigen Einzelheiten seiner maschinellen Anlagen sowie des technologischen Herstellungsvorganges geschildert. Der Gesamtablauf wird an Hand eines Fertigungsschemas verfolgt, und die Hauptmaschinen, die in Bildern gezeigt sind, werden ebenfalls durch Schemaskizzen in ihrer Arbeitsweise erläutert. Die Darstellung schließt mit Zahlenangaben über die Fertigungsanlage und die technologischen Eigenschaften der damit erzeugten Spanplatten.

Summary

The present economical situation of wood in Poland made it necessary in all those industry branches that are working with wood, to consider the most economical use of raw material, its most economical manufacturing and the application of modern and rational operating processes. These necessities among other things resulted in projecting and building a modern chipboard plant in Nida. Mechanical equipment and the technological process of these plants is explained in detail. A scheme of the production shows the total process, and the operating methods of the main machines, demonstrated in pictures, is also explained by scheme drafts. Data of production equipment and technological properties of chipboard, produced this way, complete the paper.
