Der Brustfasenwinkel im geschränkten Zahnteil bei Geradschliff

Zusammenfassung

Die steigenden Anforderungen, die an Sägewerkzeuge für Holz gestellt werden, erfordern größere Genauigkeit hinsichtlich der Längen- und Winkeltoleranzen am Sägenzahn. Das Schränken bewirkt eine geringe, aber nicht zu vernachlässigende Änderung der Schärfwinkel. Brust-und Rückenfasenwinkel betragen bei Geradschliff nach dem Schränken nicht mehr genau o^o. Es wird gezeigt, wie sich, wenn Keil- und Schrankwinkel gegeben sind, die erwähnte Winkelabweichung auf trigonometrischem und auf analytischem Wege berechnen läßt. Abschließend wird eine leicht zu merkende Faustformel und eine Tabelle mit Werten, wie sie in der Praxis auftreten, angegeben.

The growing demands made upon saw tools for wood require greater precision with respect to the length and angle tolerances at the saw tooth. Setting results in a slight, but not negligible deviation in the sharpening angles. At straight sharpening, the angles of the front and the back faces are no longer o^o exact after setting. It is shown how, based on a trigonometrical as well as on an analytical method, the angle deviation mentioned can be calculated if lip and setting angles are given. A rule of thumb easily to be remembered as well as a table containing values gathered from practical experience are added.
