Das neue Emsland-Spanplattenwerk

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über ein neu errichtetes Spanplattenwerk mit einer Kapazität in der Eindausbaustufe von 1000 m³/Tag berichtet. Es wurden die technologischen. Voraussetzungen geschaffen um in dem neue Werk möglichst alle auf dem Rohholzmarkt-angebotenen Sortimente verarbeiten zur können. Die Größe der erzeugten Spanplatten kann zwischen den Formaten 1850 mm × 4100 mm und 2500 mm × 5430 mm veränder werden. Die Platten sollen, ohne Mehrkosten wahlweise mit einer Fein- order einer Faserdeckschicht hergestellt werden können. Das Material für die Faserdeckschichten wird im Werk selbst erzeugt. Formstraße und 18-Etagenpresse arbeiten mit einem reinen Bandsystem, also ohne Bleche oder andere Unterlagen. Es wird gezeigt, wie Anfangschwierigkeiten technischer Art gelöst und überwunden wurden.

The paper reports on a new particle board factory. The total capacity of the plant will be 1000 m³/day after the factory has reached its final stage of construction. Technological preconditions are such, that the new plant will process all sorts of wood raw materials present on the market. The dimensions of the produced boards can be varied between sizes of 1850 mm × 4100 mm and 2500 mm × 5430 mm. The boards should, without additional costs, be produced with fibre-layers. The material for these fibre-layers is also made in the factory. Mat forming and pressing in the 18-daylight-press is done with a pure bandsystem, i. e. without any metal sheet or similar pallet boards. It is shown, how initial difficulties of a technical nature can be solved.
