Zusammenfassung
Drei chromatographische Methoden, nämlich die Boratkomplex-Anionenaustauschchromatographie, die Anionenaustausch-chromatographie in NaOH-Medium und die Hochleistungsdünnschichtchromatographie werden am Beispiel saurer Hydrolysate von Buchenholz, Fichtenholz und Chinaschilf auf ihre Eignung zur Quantifizierung der fünf Holzzucker Galactose, Glucose, Mannose, Arabinose und Xylose überprüft.
Abstract
Three chromatographic methods for determination of wood sugars are compared. These are borate complex anionexchange chromatography, anionexchange chromatography in NaOH medium and high performance thin layer chromatography. Acid hydrolysates of beech, spruce and Miscanthus were taken as an example for quantitative separation of galactose, glucose, mannose, arabinose and xylose.
