Zusammenfassung

Die kontinuierliche Herstellung von plattenförmigen Werkstoffen schreitet dank der wirtschaftlichen und technologischen Vorteile stetig fort. Der vorliegende Bericht beschreibt im Detail die großen Vorteile der Endlos-Verpressung, die sich aus dem Einsatz von Hydro-Dyn-Pressen, System Bison, ergeben. Diese sind im Zusammenhang mit mehreren technischen Maßnahmen zu sehen, z.B. im Zusammenwirken von isobarem- isochorem Preßdruck und zonenweiser Kühlung. Das Bison Hydro-Dyn-System ist als technologisch ausgereift zu betrachten und wird in der Praxis erfolgreich eingesetzt.

Abstract

The continuous production of board type wood materials more and more succeeds due to its technical and technological advantages. The present paper describes in detail the advantages of industrial endless pressing which result from operating with Bison Hydro-Dyn-presses. This must be seen in connection with some actual technological measures as the combination of isobaric-isochoric pressing and zonewise cooling. The Hydro-Dyn-System of Bison is to be regarded as a technically and technologically full developed one. It is successfully used in practice.
