Zusammenfassung

Harte Holzfaserplatten lassen sich im Trockenverfahren mit Lignin-Phenol-Bindemitteln mit sehr guten mechanischen Eigenschaften und mit einfacher Technologie herstellen. Wesentliche technologische Einflußgrößen sind der Bindemittelanteil, das Preßregim und der Feuchtigkeitsgehalt der beleimten Faserstoffe. Die Platten sind durch sehr geringe Schadstoffemissionen an freiem Formaldehyd und freiem Phenol gekennzeichnet.

Abstract

Hard wood fibre boards can be manufactured in the dyring process with lignin-phenol-glues with very good mechanical properties and with a simple technology. Important technological influencing parameters are the glueing content, the pressing regime and the moisture content of the glued fibre materials. Boards are characterized by very low emissions of harmful substances of volatile formaldehyde and volatile phenol.
