Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein neuer Zerspanertyp beschrieben, der sich sehr gut zur Erzeugung hochwertiger Flachspäne, aus unabgelängtem Rundholz, aus Schwarten und Spreißeln eignet. Durch die Spaltkalibrierung erübrigt sich oft eine nachgeschaltete Sichtung. Weitere Vorteile sind niedrige Lohnkosten und niedrige Kosten für Messer sowie Wartung.

Abstract

A new flaker type is described. It is very well suitable for the production of high quality flakes, gained from random length roundwood as well as from slabs and edgings. Due to the integrated gap-calibration, often no subsequent air classification is necessary. Other advantages are low cost for labour, knives and maintenance.
