Die Erzeugung von Spanplatten im „Bartrev-Verfahren”

Die obigen Ausführungen zeigen die für das Bartrev-Verfahren charakteristischen Merkmale bzw. die Unterschiede gegenüber den konservativen Erzeugungsverfahren von Spanplatten auf. Es ist erkenntlich, daß die Bartrev-Werke zu jenen Fabrikationsbetrieben gehören, in denen die gesteigerte Kontrolle des zeitlichen Fertigungsablaufes sowie die Kontrolle aller zum Einsatz gelangender Werkstoffe von allergrößter Wichtigkeit sind. Die dadurch bedingte höchstmögliche Produktionsgenauigkeit, die sich auf die Qualität des Endproduktes günstig auswirkt, wurde durch ständige Neuentwicklungen und weitestgehende Automatisierung angestrebt und erreicht.

Those production-factors are described, which are of great significance to the Bartrev-process as for example the moisture control, the gluing and mixing of chips, the shaping of the carpet with special weighing-conveyors and the high-frequency preheating. Furthermore, details of the press-performance are given, as the substantial constructive elements of the Bartrev-press. The technical improvements of the whole Bartrev-plant have, up to now, reached a state, which brought an increase of productivity of this process by 33^1/3% and which at the same time, led to a constantly increasing automation of chipboard-manufacturing.
