Summary
The paper gives a description of the general occurrence of landslides in Finland, both natural and induced by human activities. Their immediate causes as well as their basic geological and hydrological preconditions are discussed.

L’article donne une description générale des glissements de ferrain en Finlande, aussi bien naturels que ceux qui ont été causés par les activités humaines. Leurs causes immédiates et leurs conditions géologiques et hydrologiques élémentaires ont été analysées.
