Abstract

The refractive medium is used in moire interferometry and holographic grating fabrication technique. The sensitivity of traditional interferometry and the frequency of grating are enhanced effectively. These two novel techniques extend the application scope of the moire interferometry and facilitate the realization of superlattice method in micromechanics study.
