Chemistry of Heterocyclic Compounds Aims and scope

Abstract

Reaction of 5-amino-1,3-dimethylpyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrimidine-2,4-(1H,3H)-diones with β-diketones produces enaminoketones. Some of these are converted by Lewis acids into pyrrolopyridazines.
