Abstract
A case of horseshoe lung associated with scimitar syndrome is reproted. The patient, a six year old boy, had no respiratory distress. Plain chest film showed hypoplasia of the right lung and scimitar vein. Angiography demonstrated that right inferior pulmonary arteries crossed the midline and reached to the left lung base.
