Über den Einfluß der Leukocyten auf die Fettsäuresynthese im Vollblut

Zusammenfassung

Menschliches Vollblut mit unterschiedlichen Leukocytenzahlen wurde mit Acetat-1-14C inkubiert und die Aktivität der Gesamtfettsäuren bestimmt. Die eingebaute Gesamtaktivität ist der Zahl der Leukocyten proportional. Ein Unterschied zwischen Leukocyten der myeloischen und lymphatischen Reihe konnte nicht festgestellt werden. Die Synthese der Fettsäuren im Blut erfolgt vorwiegend durch die Leukocyten, doch scheinen auch die Thrombocyten beträchtlich zur Fettsäuresynthese beizutragen.
