A theorem of the closed graph type

Abstract

The author proves a theorem about systems of sets which generalizes the closed graph theorem. To illustrate its application proofs, are given of several generalizations of the closed graph theorem, of selection theorems, a transitivity theorem for C...-algebras and factorization theorems in Banach algebras.
