Presacral myelolipoma: Sonographic appearance

Abstract

We describe an uncommon case of presacral myelolipoma in a 1-1/2-year-old boy, causing urinary retention and constipation. The sonographic appearance of the mass mimics a “pseudoprostatic enlargement”.
