Abstract
A four-step method has been developed for the synthesis of N-buryloxycarbonylalanyl-1,4-dioxa-7-azaspiro[4,4]nonane-8(S)-carboxylic acid ethyl ester through the formation of N-benzyloxycarbonyl-1,4-dioxa-7-azaspiro[4,4]nonane-8(S)-carboxylic acid ethyl ester.
