Abstract

The authors report two patients, a 16-yearold girl and her 10-year-old brother, with striking bone changes of the acromesomelic dwarfism type, which do not fit any of the previously reported disorders of this group. The differential diagnosis from dyschondrosteosis and other related conditions is briefly discussed.
