Atypical mycobacterial infection of intraparotid lymph nodes Clinical and sialographic observations

Abstract

Four children are reported with a chronic caseating granulomatous infection of the intraparotid lymph nodes most likely due to atypical mycobacteria. The sialogram showed one or more masses within the parotid gland.
