Telangiectatic osteosarcoma simulating the appearance of an aneurysmal bone cyst

Abstract

A 13 year old boy with telangiectatic osteosarcoma is presented in order to illustrate the difficulty encountered in roentgen differentiation of this lesion from a benign aneurysmal bone cyst.
