Abstract
Anthra[1,2-c]-1,2,5-oxadiazole-6,11-dione (I) readily reacts with ammonia and primary and secondary amines, being converted with a yield of about 80–83% into the corresponding 4-amino derivatives of antnra[1,2-c]-1,2,5-oxadiazole-6,11-dione(III).
