Summary
In the human placenta, the activity of alkaline phosphatase decreases from the chorionic plate towards the basal plate. In placentas of premature births its activity is lower than in mature ones. The highest activity was found in mature placentas after quick deliveries.
Zusammenfassung
In der menschlichen Placenta nimmt die Aktivität der alkalischen Phosphatase von chorial nach basal ab. Frühgeburtsplacenten haben eine geringere Aktivität als reife Placenten. Die höchste Aktivität wurde bei reifen Placenten nach schneller Geburtsbeendigung gefunden.
