Abstract
The splitting of polydialkylstannoxanes (R2SnO)(inm) is studied by 1,2-, 1,3-, 1,4-, 1,5-, and 1,6-glycols. In this way ten glycol ethers of dialkylstannanediols, mainly with 5,6, or 10-membered rings, are obtained, eight of which were previously unknown.
