Abstract
By assigning to the semi-detached system μ1Sco the age of the Sco OB2 association (to which the binary belongs), it is possible to search for its initial characteristics. A model in agreement with the observational data is achieved by assuming a mass and momentum loss from the system during the phase of mass transfer between the components.
