Abstract
The complex1H and13C NMR spectra of 17α-(1-aziridinylmethyl)-5α-androstan-17β-ol were analyzed using two-dimensional (2M) spectroscopy. The configuration of the substituents at the 17 position was determined using the 2M-spectroscopy of the nuclear Overhauser effect. The direct13C-13C SSCCs were determined.
