Abstract
The new spirobenzylisoquinoline base lederine with mp 208–209°C (methanol), [α]D +13° (c 0.84; chloroform) has been isolated fromCorydalis ledebouriana Kar et Kir andDicentra peregrina (Rudolphi) Fedde. Its structure has been established on the basis of spectral characteristics and chemical reactions.
