Conformation of enniatine B in nonpolar solvents

Chemistry of Natural Compounds Aims and scope

Conclusions

1. The relative positions of the CαH and N-Ch3 signals in the1H NMR spectra of different conformers of enniatine B have been evaluated.

2. The1H NMR spectra [tri-(N-methyl-D-valyl-Cα-d)] enniatine B have been investigated.

3. The spatial structure of enniatine B in nonpolar media has been determined.
