Summary
1. In addition to known compounds, a new terpenoid coumarin has been isolated fromFerula microcarpa — fecarpin, which is the stereoisomer of kamolol in relation to the orientation of the hydroxy group.
2. Microferin and microferinin — esters of a new guaiane alcohol microferol with p-hydroxybenzoic and vanillic acids, respectively — have been isolated.
