Synthesis of oligo- and polynucleotides II. Synthesis of pentadeoxyribonucleotide blocks corresponding to segment 1–10 of yeast valine tRNA
The chemical synthesis of three pentadeoxyribonucleotides—dpGpGpTpTpT, dpCpGpTpGpG and dpCpCpApCpG— corresponding to the 5′-terminal segment of yeast valine tRNA has been effected.
