Summary
From the combined alkaloids ofPapaver orientale we have isolated isothebaine, oripavine, thebaine, mecambridine, orientalidine, alpinigenine, protopine, bracteoline, oripavidine, and the new alkaloid isothebaidine, the structure of which has been established.
