Abstract
2-Alkyl(aryl, 2-furyl, and 3-vinylphenyl)-1,3-dioxanium hexachloroantimonates were obtained by acylation of 1,3-dioxanes with carboxylic acid chlorides in the presence of antimony pentachloride.
