Abstract
N,N,N-Trifurylalkylperhydro-1,3,5-triazines were synthesized by the reaction of primary furan amines with formaldehyde. 1-(2-Furyl)-3-methylaminobutane and 1-(2-furyl)-3-methyl-3-hydroxymethylaminobutane were isolated as intermediates in the case of stepwise reductive alkylation of 1-(2-furyl)-3-aminobutane.
