Hydrolysis of sulfolanesulfonamides

Under alkaline hydrolysis conditions, alkyl- and dialkylamides of sulfolanesulfonic acid form a sulfolanesulfonic acid salt and alkyl- or dialkylaminosulfolanes, respectively.
