Abstract
In this paper, by applying Lagrange multiplier method and high order Lagrange multiplier method [1], we systematically derive coupled potential energy principle, coupled complementary energy principle, and generalized coupled potential energy principles and generalized coupled complementary energy principles with two and three kinds of variables in photoelasticity.
