This year's plenary closing session is dominated by electromobility and new mobility services. Volkswagen shows a positive effect on the climate and the environment by switching to electric vehicles. A first milestone will represent the market launch of the Volkswagen ID. Magna presents, in addition to new business and service models such as an on-demand shuttle, autonomous driving and emission-neutral alternative propulsion systems. Daimler analyzes the Chinese market and presents its activities. Through research and development in China and focus on local consumer behavior and social trends, Daimler can offer premium electric vehicles tailored to customer needs.
