An event is serious (based on the ICH definition) when the patient outcome is:

  • * death

  • * life-threatening

  • * hospitalisation

  • * disability

  • * congenital anomaly

  • * other medically important event

In a case series, two girls were described, out of whom a 15-year-old girl developed motor and sensory polyneuropathy during treatment with vincristine, and ototoxicity and hepatotoxicity during treatment with cisplatin, cyclophosphamide, filgrastim, lomustine, mesna, vincristine and vinblastine, whereas a 14-year-old girl developed peripheral neuropathy during treatment with vincristine, and hepatotoxicity during treatment with cisplatin, cyclophosphamide, filgrastim, lomustine, mesna, vincristine and vinblastine for medulloblastoma [routes not stated; not all dosages, durations of treatments to reactions onset and outcomes stated].
