Kia | Exchange of Roles at Management Level

Kwang Hyuk Kim has been appointed president and managing director of Kia Motors Germany and will in future be responsible for Kia's German business, together with Steffen Cost (COO) and Sung Tae Cho (CFO). His predecessor Duk Hwa Jung has taken over Kim's previous role as Vice President Business Strategy at Kia Motors Europe. Before moving to Germany, Kwang Hyuk Kim held several different positions at Kia Motors Australia in Sydney and in the Kia regional headquarters for Central and South America in Miami (USA). He then took on a new role at the brand's European headquarters in Frankfurt am Main (Germany) in 2016. As president of Kia Motors Germany, Kim will continue to report directly to Yongkew Park, the president of Kia Motors Europe.
