Die exogen-allergische Alveolitis (EAA) ist eine seltene Lungenerkrankung, bei der es durch die Inhalation von organischen Partikeln zu einer allergischen Reaktion des Lungengewebes kommt. Für die chronische EAA gibt es bis dato keine international einheitliche Definition, und die Therapieoptionen sind begrenzt.
