Samenvatting

This study compared outcomes after insulin glargine (GLA) or NPH treatment in insulin-naive patients with T2DM receiving a sulfonylurea (SU) ± metformin (MET). This was a pooled analysis of harmonized patient-level data from 3 treat-to-target (FPG Overall, 1,419 patients were analyzed; 51% male, mean age 57.8 years.
