摘要
目的
观察推拿结合水针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。
方法
将120 例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分入观察组或对照组, 观察组采用推拿结合水针治疗, 对照组采用单纯推拿手法治疗。
结果
观察组总有效率为93.3%, 对照组总有效率为75.0%, 两组总有效率差异有统计学意义 (P<0.01)。
结论
推拿结合水针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效优于单纯推拿手法治疗。
Abstract
Objective
To observe the clinical effects of tuina plus hydro-acupuncture on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
Methods
One hundred and twenty cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. Patients in the observation group were treated with tuina plus hydro-acupuncture, and the control group with tuina.
Results
The total effective rate was 93.3% and 75.0% respectively in the observation group and the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.01).
Conclusion
Tuina plus hydro-acupuncture has better effects than tuina on the lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
