Vibrational Spectra and Ion–Molecule Interactions in Poly(Vinyl Alcohol) + Lithium Salt (LiNO3, LiClO4, LiBF4)

Raman scattering and infrared absorption spectra of poly(vinyl alcohol) films with added lithium nitrate, perchlorate, and tetrafluoroborate salts were studied. The microstructure of the films and dynamic interactions of particles in them depended largely on the nature, form, and charge state of the molecular anion.
