A New Cadinane Sesquiterpenoid from Funalia trogii

A new cadinane sesquiterpenoid, 15-hydroxy-4β,5-dihydrogen-α-cadinol (1), was isolated from cultures of the basidiomycetes Funalia trogii. The new structure was determined with the help of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy.
