Flavonoids From Flowers of Abelmoschus manihot

A new compound, quercetin-8-(2″-pyrrolidinone-5″-yl)-3′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, with 11 known flavonoids, was isolated from the traditional Chinese herb Abelmoschus manihot. The structure was elucidated by spectral analysis.
